• The Municipality of Red Lake’s Candidate’s Guide
• AMCTO’s Candidate’s Guide to Accessible Elections
• Nomination Paper (require valid photo ID)
• Declaration of Qualification  (Council or Boards of Education)
• Notice of Collection / Consent to Release Personal Information Form
• Estimated Certificate of Maximum Campaign Expenses
• Appointment of Scrutineer Form
• Candidate’s Declaration of Proper Use of Voters’ List
•  Notice to Candidate of Filing Requirements
•  Withdrawal of Nomination Form  (Council or Boards of Education)
•  By-Law No. 1339-10 (Vote by Mail – Alternative Method of Voting)

The Nomination Paper; Declaration of Qualification; and Notice of Collection/Consent to Release Personal Information Form must be provided with regards to filing a nomination.
